A distribution company in Tijuana is seeking a Back Office Customer Service Representative. This role involves communication with customers through various channels and entering orders into ERP/CRM software. Candidates should be fluent in English and possess good communication skills. This is a temporary position for 5 months with excellent office location and weekly bonuses.

Formación

Descripción del empleo

The functions of the Back Office Customer Service Representative are to serve as a link between the customer and our company, ensuring value and providing an excellent experience.

The focus is on maintaining assurance while collaborating with our sales and shipping teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery to our clients.

This is not a Call Center. It is a Distribution Center with service offices in Zona Rio, Tijuana.

Responsibilities

  • Answer emails, chats, Facebook messages, and written questions from customers and retailers.
  • Enter customer orders into ERP/CRM software, resolving ambiguities as needed.
  • Confirm order shipping dates, locations, delivery times, and address inquiries related to orders.
  • Prepare proforma invoices.
  • Communicate discrepancies regarding customer orders, such as credit issues, MOQ, pricing, locations, and product quantities.
  • Ensure orders are shipped; if not, verify reasons and expected shipping dates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in customer service (industry experience preferred; call center experience acceptable).
  • Good communication skills; no slang.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Computer skills required; MacOS user level preferred.
  • No transportation issues; Zona Rio has ample transportation options and free parking.
