Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to local businesses via phone (using their tools) to schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.

  • Assess leads by asking targeted questions to identify genuine business needs.

  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to provide context and insights for smoother client conversations.

  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM.

  • Stay informed about our tech offerings to address basic prospect questions.

  • Achieve consistent results by meeting weekly and monthly appointment goals.

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years inB2B outbound calling, focusing on lead generation and appointment setting.
