Pellera Technologies Mexico is seeking a Cloud Engineer to support Azure Virtual Desktop deployments and multi-cloud infrastructure in Puebla. You will own the technical health of virtualized workspaces and automate deployments.

You will deploy host pools and workspaces, troubleshoot incidents, implement IaC with Terraform/Nerdio Manager, and contribute to cost optimization and security.

Formación

• Deep expertise with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and native Azure services.
• Multi-cloud experience (AWS, GCP) to support modernization.
• IaC tooling with Terraform; familiarity with Nerdio Manager preferred.
• Experience with Git workflows for version control and CI/CD.
• Strong networking fundamentals (VNETs, ExpressRoute, NSGs).
• Automation, cost optimization, and performance monitoring focus.
• Ability to troubleshoot incidents and assist on-call.
• Knowledge of security, patching, and compliance basics.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and maintain AVD host pools, workspaces, and app groups to standards.
• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests, basing actions on data and impact.
• Use IaC to deploy image galleries, session hosts, and networking components (Terraform/Nerdio).
• Create and manage automated CI/CD pipelines for image and infra updates (GitHub/GitLab).
• Integrate AVD with Entra ID, Azure Files, FSLogix, and related services.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to maintain platform stability.
