ISS Tech Team in Mexico is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, reliability and cost-efficiency. You will automate operations, monitor performance, and handle incidents while supporting cloud transitions for applications and services using IaC approaches.

Key activities include Azure IaaS/PaaS migrations, incident handling, performance monitoring, and lifecycle management of hosted apps.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on admin or deployment experience on Azure.
• Solid knowledge of IaC with Terraform or Bicep.
• Understanding of DNS, NSG, and vNets.
• Scripting experience in PowerShell or Bash.
• Containerization/AKS knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist cloud migration initiatives towards Azure IaaS or PaaS.
• Handle cloud infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
• Participate in cloud projects from design phase to operational readiness checks.
• Be part of hosted applications lifecycle management process.
