Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a software engineer to build production-grade backend and frontend systems, integrate AI services, run on Azure, and connect third-party platforms. The role involves turning prototypes into real user-ready applications and ensuring reliability, security, and clear documentation.

You will work remotely from Colombia or Mexico, collaborating with AI/ML engineers, PM, CX design, and BPO teams. EST-aligned hours apply; strong English and Spanish skills are desired.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience building and running production web apps.
• At least 2 years on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and React skills; Python for AI/ML.
• Experience designing and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and queues.
• Familiarity with real-time or event-driven systems.

• Proven track record turning prototypes into production with security.

Working Environment

You'll work remotely from Colombia or Mexico, collaborating with AI/ML engineers, project management, CX design, and BPO operations teams. Working hours are aligned with EST business hours.

Requirements:

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience building and running production web applications across both backend and frontend.

• Experience integrating third-party APIs, including LLM providers.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bicep or Terraform.
• Good testing, monitoring, debugging, and code review practices.
• A track record of turning prototypes or AI-generated code into stable production applications by addressing security gaps, weak error handling, and missing tests.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, and the ability to review, validate, and correct their output.
• Professional written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Based in Colombia or Mexico, with the right to work in that country.

Nice to Have

• Azure certifications, such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or Azure AI Speech.
• Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Experience implementing LLM patterns, including function calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, and evaluations.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
• Experience in customer service, contact center, or BPO technology.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, PCI DSS, or HIPAA environments.
