Redwood Logistics is seeking an on-site Infrastructure Engineer to harden and optimize our Azure and AWS cloud environments, networks, and identity controls. You will troubleshoot complex network incidents, design secure cloud infrastructure, and manage Entra ID and RBAC, with IaC using Terraform.

The role emphasizes hands-on reliability engineering, on-site support in Chicago and occasional locations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure security, performance, and cost

Formación

• 5+ years supporting an enterprise in a team environment.
• 3+ years of cloud-native networking; Azure and AWS experience required.
• 3+ years Windows Server administration in large enterprises.
• 1+ year Cisco or Meraki experience; Palo Alto a plus.
• Azure certification (AZ-104/AZ-500) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve core network incidents across switching, routing, VLANs, and firewall rules.
• Design and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, CA policies, RBAC, and PIM for identity governance.
• Deploy and monitor Microsoft Sentinel for cloud SIEM and threat response.
• Develop IaC with Terraform; read/write-maintain IaC modules in a VCS.
