Se requieren conocimientos básicos de SAP, computación y manejo de básculas. Se trabajará directamente en almacén bajo supervisión, asegurando precisión y cumplimiento normativo.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Captura en SAP de la materia prima recibida en almacén.
• Capturar y enviar facturas de material recibido en almacén.
• Preparar y enviar packing lists a aduanas.
• Preparar reporte de inventario de cajas en rampas.
• Ayudar en la captura de datos en SAP.
• Preparar reporte de discrepancias de material recibido en SAP.
• Generar reportes semanales, mensuales y anuales.
• Cumplir actividades de 5's y seguridad industrial.

A Day In The Life

• Captura en sistema de SAP la materia prima recibida en almacén del exterior.
• Capturar y enviar facturas de material recibido en alamacén.
• Preparar y enviar el departamento de aduanas los packing lists de embarques de producto terminado.
• Preparar reporte de inventario de cajas en rampas.
• Ayudar en la captura de datos en el sistema de SAP.
• Preparar reporte de discrepancias de material recibido, así como su captura en sistema SAP.
• Reportes semanales, mensuales y anuales propios del puesto
• Actividades de 5's y Seguridad industrial propios del puesto
