Responsibilities

• Registrar movimientos en SAP de materias primas, productos terminados e inventarios.
• Validar disponibilidad de inventario para órdenes.
• Elaborar facturas y/o remisiones para entrega de mercancía.
• Cargar y monitorear facturas/XML en portales de clientes.
• Dar seguimiento a pedidos y verificar estatus de entrega.
• Monitorear inventarios y tiempos de operación en el sistema.

Registrar los movimientos en sistema SAP tanto de materias primas, productos terminados, inventarios.

A Day In The Life

• Validar disponibilidad de inventario para el procesamiento de las órdenes.
• Elaborar facturas y/o remisiones para la entrega de mercancía.
• Cargar y monitorear facturas/XML en portales de clientes.
• Dar seguimiento a los pedidos en ruta y verificar su estatus de entrega
• Monitorear inventarios, tiempos de operación y estatus de pedidos en sistema.
• Captura de información relacionada al área.

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en almacén, en posición similar
• Escolaridad minima : preparatoria / carrera técnica concluida
• Manejo intermedio de Excel
