Techtronic Industries Co Mexico S De RL De CV busca un/a responsable de organizar y asegurar el flujo de procesos de almacén, abarcando recepción, surtido y embarque, optimizando recursos y actuando como enlace entre el equipo operativo.

Se requiere Bachillerato o técnico en administración o afín; conocimientos en inventarios, conteos cíclicos, ERP y Oracle deseable; se valorará proactividad y capacidad analítica para planificar cargas diarias, seguir KPIs y proponer mejoras.

• Conocimientos: control de inventarios, conteos cíclicos, logística, generación de reportes de materiales, Office.

Responsibilities

• Planificar la carga de trabajo diaria del equipo.
• Dar seguimiento a los indicadores clave (KPIs).
• Investigar y ajustar discrepancias de inventario.
• Coordinar con áreas de PMC.
• Proponer mejoras en los procesos.

Objetivo General: Organizar y asegurar el flujo correcto de los procesos de almacén (recepción, surtido y embarque), optimizando recursos y sirviendo como enlace entre el equipo operativo.

Escolaridad: Bachillerato terminado o carrera técnica en administración o afín.

Conocimientos:

• Control de inventarios.
• Conteos cíclicos.
• Experiencia en logística
• Análisis y generación de reportes de materiales.
• Paquetería de Office.
• Manejo de PC.
• Oracle (Deseable).
• Proactividad.
• Manejo de algún equipo ERP.

Actividades rutinarias y pendientes a dar seguimiento:

• Planificar la carga de trabajo diaria del equipo.
• Dar seguimiento a los indicadores clave (KPIs).
• Investigar y ajustar discrepancias de inventario.
• Coordinar con áreas de PMC.
• Proponer mejoras en los procesos.
