About the role of Housekeeping Assistant:

Support in the reception, storage, control, and distribution of supplies, materials, tools, and cleaning products intended for the maintenance of the resort's public areas, ensuring order, cleanliness, and timely supply for efficient and quality service.

What will you do in this role?

  • Receive, count, and verify products and materials intended for public areas.
  • Maintain the warehouse clean, organized, and with products properly labeled and classified.
  • Prepare and deliver supplies required by the cleaning and maintenance team of public areas.
  • Control inventories and keep accurate records of material entries and exits.
  • Assist in the preparation of requisitions for the replenishment of supplies.
  • Collaborate with the processes of loading, unloading, and arranging merchandise.
  • Perform periodic physical inventories and report any anomalies detected.

What will be necessary for this role?

  • Secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in the position.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and chemical products.
  • Experience of more than one year working in a luxury hotel or similar will be valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work safely, prudently, and organized.

*This job requires applicants to have valid work authorization in Mexico and Spanish is essential.*
