About the Housekeeping Warehouse Assistant role:

Assist in receiving, storing, controlling, and distributing supplies, materials, tools, and cleaning products for the maintenance of public areas, ensuring order, cleanliness, and timely supply for efficient, quality service.

What will you do in this role?

  • Receive, count, and verify products and materials for public areas.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly labeled and classified.
  • Prepare and deliver supplies required by the cleaning and maintenance teams of public areas.
  • Control inventories and keep accurate records of material entries and exits.
  • Assist in preparing requisitions for restocking supplies.
  • Support in loading, unloading, and organizing merchandise.
  • Conduct periodic physical inventories and report any anomalies.

What are the requirements for this role?

  • Secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and chemical products.
  • Experience of over a year in a luxury hotel or similar environment is valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work safely, prudently, and organized.

*Applicants must have valid work authorization in Mexico, and Spanish is essential.*
