Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, with at least two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supplies and spare parts to operational staff.
• Review cyclic counts of containers generated by assistants.
• Reconcile inventory reserves of supplies and spare parts.
• Perform cyclic counts of warehouses (Spare parts, High value, HESQ).
• Review received purchase orders (Incoming, Pending).
• Update KPIs (Reserves and vouchers generated).
• Reconcile and archive operational documentation.
• Daily review of movements of supplies, spare parts, and containers.
• Deliver, count, and organize supplies.
• Receive suppliers and inspect materials.
• Monitor and create purchase requisitions for supplies.
• Inspect loading and unloading of chemical products.
• Responsible for reporting inventory variations and quality conditions to the procurement team.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in supply chain site operations (YPS).
• Experience in administrative, production, and operational areas.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
