Job summary

OPmobility SE is seeking a SITE ENGINEERING & DEVELOPMENT VALIDATION PROFESSIONAL for Monterrey. You will review customer requirements, develop validation plans, and lead EMC and environmental testing activities to meet specifications.

The role requires BS in engineering, 5 years of related experience, and strong English/Spanish communication. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is expected, with collaboration across PD and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or equivalent is required.
• 5 years minimum related experience preferred.
• Experience preparing ENV and EMC test plans is required.
• Experience with electronic components in automotive industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of LED applications and electronics integration is beneficial.
• Strong written and spoken English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements during pre-award and early design phases.
• Develop validation plans to satisfy customer specifications including EMC and environmental testing.
• Lead test plan coordination and communicate results to teams.
• Support cost estimates for ENV/EMC testing and reliability analyses.
• Coordinate design verification and product validation testing with PD and QA.
• Maintain documentation related to product validation and change management.
