Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Mexico is seeking an experienced PAC Program Architect / System Technical Lead to drive technical program management across vehicle lines, bridging design teams and functional departments to ensure system compliance from concept through end-of-life.

You will lead architecture and E/E integration, manage requirements and design changes, author PROXI and vehicle configuration in service tools, and support plants with issue triage and supplier quality initiatives

Formación

• Experience leading automotive programs from concept to end-of-life.
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic vehicle architectures.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across design, engineering and manufacturing.
• Expertise in managing Design Change Requests and supplier feedback.
• Leadership in quality initiatives and value optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical lead across vehicle lines, aligning design, engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Lead system lifecycle activities from concept through end-of-life, including packaging, thermal design and cost/weight analysis.
• Define and manage E/E integration plans and ensure ECU coherence within vehicle architectures.
• Release specifications to suppliers and manage design changes to align with feedback.
• Author PROXI and vehicle configuration requirements for EOL and service tools.
• Support launch teams onsite and drive issue triage and root-cause resolution across ramp-up phases.
• Coordinate supplier involvement and lead quality improvement initiatives.
