Where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLE:You will collaborate with a Top OEM Supplier in the automotive industry as a System Test EngineerThe main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:Development of the test methodology of quality assurance with automated system testsCreation and validation of automated test procedures to verify System requirementsCreation, execution and documentation of system tests according to the specifications of the Client’s Software Lifecycle and according to A-SPICEEnsure the reproducibility of the tests by clearly documenting the test results, test cases and test environmentAssistance in the analysis of test results of the groups involved in the project and project-specific summary of the resultsParticipate in Technical Reviews to substantiate decisions about the Software verification strategy Monitor and communicate project status, actively communication of significant issues or developmentsRemove roadblocks and overcome technical challenges with minimal guidanceYOUR PROFILE:Bachelor degree in automotive engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics or related field4+ Years of experience in Automotive System Test rolesSolid understanding on Software High Level and System Level requirements and how to validate them (V&V).Experience in test methods and test automation to validate automotive Electronic Control UnitsKnowledge and experience in programming and/or scripting (C++, Python, Perl, bash)High customer and result orientation as well as coordination and analysis capabilityDecision-making, good communication skills and effective work in distributed teamAdvanced English Communication (Ability to maintain a fluid technical communication with Senior Leadership and Technical leads)Nice-to-have (extra) Skills:Automotive test tools: CANoe and other Vector tools experienceRequirements management tools: Doors, Doors NG, Jama,Lab test tools: Oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzerStandards: UDS (ISO14229)WHAT YOU´LL LOVE:-Work on meaningful projects that use technology to solve real-world challenges.-Exposure to top global companies working with Capgemini (145 of the Fortune 500 companies).-Thrive in a diverse, respectful, and inclusive environment.NEED TO KNOW:Please note that this is a onsite position in Guadalajara, México.ABOUT CAPGEMINI:Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
