North American Production Sharing, Inc. is seeking a Hardware Test Engineer to support SLT bring-up, bench testing, and silicon characterization for next generation SoCs used in automotive and mobile applications.

You will collaborate with cross functional teams (SW, HW, design, test, operations) to develop scalable test solutions, improve yield and test time, and ensure manufacturing readiness for high-volume production.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or computer science field.
• 2+ years in product development, SLT, bench testing, silicon validation, or high-volume production test.
• Knowledge of computer architecture and OS (Android/Windows/Linux/RTOS).
• Experience with embedded systems and SoC-level testing concepts.
• Ability to develop or execute test cases for processors, graphics, memory, power and thermal.
• Experience reading specifications, creating test plans, and using test sequencers.
• Familiarity with Perforce or Git.
• Programming in C, C++, Python, C# or .NET.
• Experience with debugging using Android tools, JTAG, Lauterbach or Trace32.
• Hands-on with lab instruments: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies.

Responsabilidades

• Bring up new SLT HW platforms and handler solutions; develop and automate SW test modules.
• Integrate test programs and optimize modules for stability and validation across temperature.
• Develop/test strategies and plans; troubleshoot and analyze problems.
• Evaluate and qualify HW solutions; support customer and production readiness.
• Collaborate with design, verification, validation, software and systems teams to improve yield, test time, and quality.
• Evaluate manufacturing solutions and bring up products to meet schedules.
• Assess materials reliability; bring automation and optimization to maximize productivity.
• Write detailed hardware documentation; work independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate technical information clearly with cross-functional teams.
