Jaropamex-Piston Group seeks an experienced Focus Factory Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a high-volume automotive sewing environment. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs while advancing lean initiatives and continuous improvement.

You will oversee daily sewing/trim production, develop plans, coach cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO standards, and report performance to senior management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles within automotive (sewing/trim preferred).
• Proven experience managing high-volume production and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with sewing operations, stitching processes, and labor-intensive environments is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of IATF 16949 and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise daily manufacturing operations within the sewing/trim area.
• Develop, implement, and monitor production plans to meet KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
• Analyze production performance and drive efficiency improvements across sewing lines.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, customer requirements, and industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO).
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for sewing equipment and machinery.
• Oversee material flow, WIP control, inventory accuracy, and supply chain coordination.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
• Promote a safe work environment and adherence to health & safety regulations.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including waste reduction and process optimization.
