The role requires advancing IATF 16949 compliance, leading audits, and coaching the quality team to deliver measurable defect reductions and cost of quality improvements. Strong English and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of quality leadership in automotive manufacturing.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, Automotive Core Tools, and VDA 6.3.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality team with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee QMS compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs such as customer complaints, scrap, PPM, and cost of poor quality.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA activities.
• Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits.
• Collaborate to improve processes, product quality, and efficiency.
• Manage customer quality concerns and resolutions.
• Support quality planning and CI initiatives.
