Job summary

Aptiv in Reynosa is seeking a Quality Inspector Coordinator to lead the quality program for assigned products. You will manage a team of inspectors and ensure products meet customer requirements while supporting continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include developing quality plans, investigating issues, implementing containment, and coordinating supplier quality with cross-functional teams. Strong reading of drawings and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• English level: Intermediate-Advanced.
• Experience in Quality as a Quality Technician or similar role.
• Experience with Quality Systems and/or Product Engineering preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Team collaboration across functions and a proactive ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality plans for assigned products.
• Lead investigations of customer-reported quality issues; implement corrective actions.
• Implement containment and improvement actions for critical quality issues.
• Coordinate resolution of supplier quality issues with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and drive corrective actions.
• Support product and process validation and capability studies.
• Ensure calibration and proper use of inspection equipment; enforce change management.
