Facil North America is seeking a Quality Coordinator for our Escobedo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico branch. The role focuses on liaising with suppliers and customers, implementing quality processes, and supervising inspectors within an automotive quality environment.

Advanced English is required; a bachelor's degree or higher is expected, with 5+ years in quality. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of PPAP/FMEA are essential. Join Facil's global team and contribute to continuous improvement.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• +5 years in a quality environment, preferably automotive.
• Internal auditor certificate is a plus (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001).
• Knowledge of fasteners is a plus.
• Strong English language skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of automotive quality processes and tools (PPAP, 8D, FMEA).

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with suppliers and customers.
• Support and implement quality processes; release parts and manage the blacklist.
• Lead and supervise Quality Inspectors.
• Manage rework and scrap of NOK products.
• Coordinate supplier 8D reviews and customer communications.
• Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
