Job summary

Lear Corporation Reynosa plant is seeking a seasoned automotive quality professional to ensure compliance and drive root cause resolution for product development, launch, and serial production. You will coordinate with the customer and cross-functional teams to maintain conformance and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in automotive quality, strong problem-solving skills, and deep knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and 8D methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar automotive quality function.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP and 8D problem solving.
• Knowledge of Core Tools and IATF 16949 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Attend to assigned customers via preferred communication channels.
• Monitor Lear TCS performance through customer portals and notify stakeholders.
• Develop and implement process and product controls to meet reliability targets.
• Develop and submit PPAP documents for new products.
• Update control plans and PFMEA as needed.
• Own and lead assigned program or product 8D reports.
• Coordinate analysis and resolution of customer or internal quality issues during launch and mass production.
• Provide timely, accurate analyses for customer complaints in launch and serial production.
• Coordinate dimensional capability studies, gauge certifications and R&R sign-offs.
