Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking a professional to define and maintain embedded software and system development processes, applying ASPICE and ISO 26262 as needed. You will translate standards into clear process flows, roles, and work products for automotive programs.

You will collaborate with client teams to ensure compliant, deployable processes across the development lifecycle, leveraging ALM tools and strong English communication for cross‑functional work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in automotive design/engineering/mechatronics or equivalent.
• ASPICE expert applying ASPICE to real production projects.
• Process management including creating/updating development processes, SOPs, and workflows.
• Embedded software developer with a strong SDLC understanding.
• Ability to write clear process requirements with Shall/Should statements and templates.
• Translate ASPICE/ISO 26262/Cybersecurity into clear process flows and roles.
