Capgemini Engineering, a global leader in engineering services, is seeking an Embedded Software/Process Engineer to join a Top Client in the Automotive industry in Mexico. You will define and maintain embedded software and system development processes, applying ASPICE, and translate changes into clear, compliant process definitions.

We value a Bachelor degree in Automotive Design, Engineering or Mechatronics, ASPICE expertise, and hands-on experience with SDLC and ALM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in automotive engineering or equivalent.
• ASPICE expert with production project experience.
• Process management: define/update processes and SOPs.
• SDLC understanding and embedded software background.
• Ability to translate standards into clear process flows and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain embedded software and system development processes.
• Apply ASPICE to production projects.
• Translate process changes into compliant, deployable definitions.
• Work with ALM tools to manage requirements and lifecycle definitions.
