You will supervise manufacturing engineering teams, support line launches, and optimize high-volume assembly, balancing time studies and line balancing to achieve target productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing processes within the automotive industry.
• Experience supervising manufacturing engineering teams.
• Experience managing continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Experience with high-volume manual and automated assembly processes.
• Experience with production line launches and product transfers.
