ZKW Group GmbH in Mexico is seeking an electronics engineer to drive PCBA concept definition, LED thermal management, and EMS coordination for premium lighting systems in the automotive industry. You will coordinate hardware and software engineers, support requirements engineering, contribute to DVP&R and Sub-System FMEA, and help push product releases through PLM with cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• Basic skills in optical, thermal and mechanical matters.
• Thermo management LED applications.
• Experience in automotive industry.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Requirements Engineering.
• LED selection and calculation based on requirements (technical, purchasing strategy, etc.).
• Definition and verification of the PCBA concept (without/with heatsink) incl. thermal requirements.
• Delivery of input data for system calibration data (LED current, NTC, Binning, etc.).
• Provide PCBA requirement specification (without/with heatsink) for electronic supplier or internal development.
• Coordination of PCBA Samples until nomination of Electronic Supplier.
• Coordination of Electronic Supplier in technical matters.
• Coordination of involved Engineers (Hardware / Software).
• Coordination of EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) Supplier in technical matters.
• Management of electronic work products (product releases) in PLM tool.
• Customer coordination in terms of electronics (PCBAs without/with heatsink).
• Support of the project role “be Electrically Integrable” for the test case and electronics architecture definition.
• Support for creation of DVP&R.
• Participation in Sub-System FMEA.
