Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry and expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring production readiness, and maintaining customer communications. Own transportation is required to access the plant, and relocation assistance is not provided.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in automotive industry as Launch Engineer.
• Experience with launch of complex components or systems.
• Must have own transportation to access the plant.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate new product launches.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and track launch timelines and milestones.
• Ensure production readiness including tooling and process validation.
• Monitor and resolve issues during pilot builds.
• Support APQP activities.
• Coordinate with customers regarding launch status.
• Implement continuous improvement actions.
• Report to the Operations Manager.
