EDAG Group in Puebla, Mexico seeks a Quality Failure Analyst for Automotive Electronic Systems to register, track, and analyze road test failures across prototype programs, coordinating with USA-MEX stations to issue work orders and update tests.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Mechatronics/Electronics or related field, 1 year in automotive, fluency in English, knowledge of automotive electrical systems, ECU communications, and the ability to drive manuals and automatics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent English is required.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and ECU communication is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Register, update, and track road test failures for pre-production and prototype vehicles.
• Issue work orders to stations across USA-MEX and verify/test updates.
• Participate in regular virtual meetings with quality stations worldwide.
• Evaluate prototype modules under various weather/road conditions.
• Upload major faults to KPM system and prepare follow-up reports.
• Verify ECU software versions and update prototype test modules as needed.
• Install and configure data loggers on prototype vehicles and share data with specialists.
