Symbotic is seeking a Maintenance TSU/Engineer to support the launch and ongoing operation of its automated warehouse system in Mexico. The role is a hands-on technical position focused on monitoring system health, troubleshooting, and sustaining uptime across robotic vehicles, conveyors and WES.

You will diagnose electro‑mechanical, controls and network issues, translate data into actionable insights, and partner with site teams and customer operations to drive reliability and continuous

Formación

• Hands-on experience with automated material-handling systems and robotics.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs and industrial networks for troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication.
• Bilingual Spanish and English; business English preferred for US teams.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and optimize automated warehouse systems, including robotics and conveyors.
• Diagnose electro-mechanical, controls, PLC, and network issues affecting uptime.
• Communicate issues, impact, recovery estimates, and action plans to leadership and teams.
• Perform root-cause analysis and document findings and SOP updates.
• Support launch, commissioning, ramp-up, and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on automation and safety.
