Formación

• Minimum 3 years working with automation, robotics or electro-mechanical systems.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily shift operations and team performance.
• Collaborate with customer Operations Managers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Symbotic safety standards.
