Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Data and Mold Specialist to collect, integrate, and classify manufacturing issues from tooling sites and to support mold development and process improvement.

You will assist with data collection and analysis, establish standards for mold manufacturing, support new tech tests, fixture development, and automation initiatives, and help train employees and document operating procedures.

Formación

• Understand mold manufacturing flow.
• Basic reading ability in mold mechanical drawing.
• Basic ability in mold fixture design.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, integrate, and classify various Manufacturing issues and feedback from each Tooling site.
• Support mold related manufacturing development, process improvement and tech capability enhancement.
• Support data collection and analysis, establish mold manufacturing standards.
• Support mold manufacturing and process development & improvement.
• Support new tech test of Mold manufacturing.
• Support fixture development and improvement.
• Support the analysis, development and improvement of standard clamping fixture for Auto Measuring System.
• Support mold manufacturing system data's collection, analysis and process established.
• Support the development and improvement of Mold Automation.
• Support new mold tech test and establish related tools and system.
• Support training employees in operating manufacturing system.
• Support the development of mold manufacturing system operation manual.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
