Jabil in Baja California (Tijuana) seeks a hands-on Mold Manufacturing Support role to collect and classify manufacturing issues, support process development, and assist in tooling and fixture improvements. The candidate will help train staff and contribute to standardization across mold manufacturing processes.

The position focuses on data collection, process enhancement, and supporting new mold tech tests, requiring basic drafting and fixture design abilities and knowledge of mold

Formación

• Understand mold manufacturing flow.
• Basic reading ability in mold mechanical drawing.
• Basic ability in mold fixture design.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, integrate, and classify mold related issues and feedback from tooling sites.
• Support mold manufacturing standardization and process development.
• Assist new mold tech tests and related tooling.
• Assist fixture development and improvement.
• Support mold automation development and operation manuals.
• Train employees in operating manufacturing systems.

Job Summary

Collect, integrate, and classify various Manufacturing issues and feedback from each Tooling site. Support mold related manufacturing development, process improvement and tech capability enhancement.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Support data collection and analysis, establish mold manufacturing standards.
• Support mold manufacturing and process development& improvement.
• Support new tech test of Mold manufacturing.
• Support fixture development and improvement.
• Support the analysis, development and improvement of standard clamping fixture for Auto Measuring System.
• Support mold manufacturing system data's collection, analysis and process established.
• Support the development and improvement of Mold Automation.
• Support new mold tech test and establish related tools and system.
• Support training employees in operating manufacturing system.
• Support the development of mold manufacturing system operation manual.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
