Required experience

• 5+yrs of experience in Testing with Java and Selenium
• Experience with API Testing (Postman preferable) and SQL
• Cloud testing experience
• Advanced English level

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies for automotive projects ensuring alignment with industry standards and company goals.
• Oversee the execution of manual and cloud testing processes identifying and addressing potential issues to maintain product quality.
• Provide expertise in automation testing using Selenium and Java enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of testing procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing processes within the development lifecycle ensuring seamless project execution.
• Utilize Jira for tracking and managing testing activities ensuring transparency and accountability in project progress.
• Develop and maintain data automation testing frameworks ensuring data quality and functional integrity across all projects.
• Conduct thorough data quality functional testing identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures to uphold data standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies contributing to the advancement of testing practices within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry regulations and standards safeguarding the company's reputation and product reliability.
• Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of learning and development within the quality engineering team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver testing solutions that meet business objectives.
• Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders facilitating informed decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the development of innovative automotive solutions enhancing the company’s impact on the industry and society.
