To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Automation Engineer located in Flex Guadalajara North. Responsible for specifying, designing, installing, and maintaining automation equipment, tooling and applications as required to meet specifications

The experience we’re looking to add to our team
Bachelor’s Degree is required and related experience/
Strong software development background with a focus on industrial automation solutions.
Proven experience designing and implementing automation systems in manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 principles, including digital transformation and smart manufacturing.
Proficiency in C#, Python, Visual Studio, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and REST API integration.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software architecture.
Experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data-driven technologies to manufacturing processes.
Experience developing and supporting software applications for automated production systems.
Ability to lead technical automation projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience integrating industrial equipment, software platforms, and manufacturing technologies.
Knowledge of real-time data acquisition, traceability systems, and manufacturing execution processes.
Experience developing dashboards, reporting tools, and operational analytics solutions.
English proficiency preferred
