Global Payments is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze requests for automated systems, define scope, and translate business needs into system requirements. You will work with clients and internal teams to ensure designs meet sizing estimates and compliance requirements.

As you learn the client environment, you will document specifications, create flowcharts, assist in testing and implementation, and help track project progress and user feedback.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field.
• Experience with end-user interaction to meet business needs.
• Knowledge of scripting and bankcard industry concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Gathers data requirements and business specifications from clients.
• Develops basic system knowledge and assists with creating technical specifications.
• Supports testing, validation, and acceptance activities for deployments.
• Documents requirements and translates them into system specifications.
