Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze client requirements and translate them into automated system specifications. You will assist in designing system scope, validate data flows, and help with integration and testing where needed.

You will learn to document requirements, produce basic flowcharts, and support cross-system issue resolution while building client relationships and ensuring accurate business analyses.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in CS, MIS, Business or related field.
• Relevant experience or equivalent training in lieu of degree.
• Typically no extensive experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Gains familiarity with client operations and assists senior analysts in gathering data requirements.
• Assists in creating business specifications and basic flowcharts for programmer reference.
• Learns to document requirements and helps track changes to functional specifications.
• Supports testing planning and validation to aid successful implementations.
• Helps monitor end-user feedback and communicates schedule deviations to users.
