Stellantis in Saltillo, Mexico seeks an experienced maintenance engineering professional to support and optimize automated production lines. You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, minimizing downtime and extending asset life across multiple lines.

The role requires deep expertise in manufacturing processes, maintenance strategies, and quality systems, with strong experience in PLCs and robotics to diagnose and resolve complex faults; English proficiency and on-site

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in projects or in maintenance, integration, and/or operation of equipment in automated robotic lines.
• Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, basic manufacturing management, and quality systems and standards.
• 90% proficiency in English, with the ability to hold fluent conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Provides support in the administration, control, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to reduce production downtime caused by equipment failures.
• Develops and implements maintenance schedules and strategies by line, ensuring efficient task allocation and enhanced visibility of losses.
• Manages asset information within the system, including equipment types, classifications, and variants.

Develops and implements maintenance schedules and strategies by line, ensuring efficient task allocation and enhanced visibility of losses. Manages asset information within the system, including equipment types, classifications, and variants.

Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, basic manufacturing management, and quality systems and standards. Advanced knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC ControlLogix, industrial networks and drives, and Fanuc and Nachi robotics. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve failures in automated production lines. Minimum of 8 years of experience in projects or in maintenance, integration, and/or operation of equipment in automated robotic lines. 90% proficiency in English, with the ability to hold fluent conversations.
