We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter with experience in NY City DOB processes to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential design and proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting techniques.

WE WILL REQUEST A PORTFOLIO OR SAMPLE PROJECT(S) FOR THE SCREENING PROCESS

Technical Knowledge & Skills Required

Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficient.
Strong and verifiable engineering/architectural background and experience.
Knowledge of design software tools such as AutoCAD.
Ability to perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations relative to all construction details.
Prepare drawings from supplied plans and sketches.
Provide timely updates for drawing completion and workload.
Experience and proficiency in drafting and using Autodesk AutoCAD for drawings.
