Job Opportunity: Audit Manager - Financial Crime Risk (FCR)

We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Audit Manager in the Financial Crime Risk (FCR) division.

Job Summary:

As an Audit Manager, you will lead general audit activities across the Group as part of the Global Internal Audit (GIA) team, working directly with audit teams in the US. Your role involves providing independent assurance over the Group’s internal control framework, evaluating and improving risk management, control, and governance processes, and delivering written evaluations and recommendations to management. You will also ensure compliance and address external audit or regulatory criticisms.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support the US FCR Audit team in executing the annual FCR audit plan and lead or participate in large, complex audits based on risk assessment.
  2. Work effectively in a dynamic, multinational environment, managing high-pressure situations and engaging proactively with stakeholders and team members.
  3. Communicate confidently, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and management skills.
  4. Provide analytical support to improve audit effectiveness through better sample selection, testing, and continuous auditing.
  5. Participate in global initiatives related to FCR Models, Data Analytics, etc., representing the US FCR Audit team.
  6. Lead or support a team of professionals during audits.
  7. Participate actively in audit tollgates and governance meetings, representing the GIA function.
  8. Communicate financial crime risk issues clearly to stakeholders, assisting in drafting audit observations, identifying root causes, and assessing strategic implications.
  9. Lead or support ongoing continuous monitoring activities.
  10. Assist in analyzing business risk profiles and updating audit entities within the FCR universe, considering emerging risks affecting the US and Group.
  11. Opportunities for professional development, such as ACAMS or ICA certifications, may be available.
