This is the role and main tasks

The Solution Consultant is responsible for gathering business requirements, conducting workshops and training sessions, and the configuration and implementation of the solution, resulting in the delivery of high-value customer solutions. Solution Consultants require a high degree of emotional intelligence and consulting acumen with the ability to influence and lead different stakeholders towards a common, agreed-upon solution. You need to be an excellent communicator who is very comfortable leading discussions and whiteboarding when necessary.


More specifically, you will:

• Assist in workshops and design sessions to help identify a client’s Master Data Management needs
• Learn to understand business challenges and data-related issues in different industries
• Help document current processes and contribute to defining future improvements
• Support the team in reviewing requirements, business processes, and proposed solutions
• Be trained to configure the Stibo Systems STEP platform with guidance from senior colleagues
• Work closely with the Project Manager to learn how to identify potential risks, timelines, and key project activities
• Contribute to maintaining a positive client experience and supporting strong relationships
• Develop a solid understanding of the project scope and support efforts to keep the work aligned with client expectations

A diverse team of project managers, solution consultants, solution architects, and technical profiles, we work from qualification of requirements all the way through the delivery and implementation of software related to our Stibo Systems Enterprise Platform (STEP).

• Have completed internships, academic projects, or entry-level roles related to software, IT, or business consulting
• Are familiar with concepts around CRM, ERP, or data management systems and eager to deepen your knowledge
• May have had exposure to corporate, software, or consulting environments through internships, part-time roles, or university collaborations
• Enjoy working in teams and are comfortable adapting to new environments and ways of working
• Are curious and motivated to learn, and open to sharing your progress and insights with others
