Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Mexico is seeking an Associate Program Manager to oversee a site program, acting as the primary liaison between the company and the customer to ensure all contractual terms and customer needs are met.

You will coordinate program launch activities, manage orders and delivery, address issues such as A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, and RMAs, and explore additional Sanmina-SCI offerings to extend service scope.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met.
• Ensure all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract.
• Manage customer relationships, order delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA's), and business development.
• Understand Sanmina-SCI offerings for vertical integration and direct customers towards additional or alternative Sanmina-SCI products or services.
