Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an entry-level Mechanical Engineer to support product and mechanical design activities, perform engineering analyses, and develop technical data. The role involves contributing to design, validation, and continuous improvement across projects.

Ideal candidates have a university degree in Mechanical Engineering with less than 2 years of experience and will work on activities from design through verification, while supporting cost reduction, quality

• Limited knowledge of Carrier products, manufacturing processes, and organization.
• University Degree or equivalent.
• Less than 2 years of relevant engineering experience.

• Conduct mechanical engineering activities related to product design, development, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect engineering data, identify findings and provide recommendations as appropriate.
• Execute engineering processes using established procedures and standard work, including testing, verification, and qualification activities.
• Support product cost reduction, quality improvement, manufacturability, and reliability initiatives.
• Identify potential technical, schedule, or cost risks within assigned projects and contribute to implementing effective solutions.

About the role

Entry-level Mechanical Engineering professional who supports product and mechanical design activities, conducts engineering analysis, and develops and analyzes technical data.

Key responsibilities

As an Associate Mechanical Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
