Formación

Associate Marketing Onco-Hematology (Fixed Term - 2 year)

What you will do

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings)
  • Complement & implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with International Brand Plan.
  • Designs and implements promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages.
  • Translates/implements international brand campaign locally.
  • Analyses market research and develops POA.
  • Partners with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimize the brand performance (goals of clinical trials, KOL development, etc.)
  • Recruits and handles external vendors.
  • Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases.
  • Help to manage all elements of the product launch process including value proposition, development and execution of go-to-market plans from the internal readiness.
  • Coordinate regular launch team meetings, publishing notes and action items to team members.
  • Work with the team to develop sales and partner training and any additional materials and information vital to aid the Sales teams in optimally.

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR
  • Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company OR
  • High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company
  • Proficiency in business English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical company.
  • Detailed experience in Oncology area and success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position.
