Chamberlain Group México is seeking a senior leader to coordinate and mentor the Design, Automation, and Digitalization of manufacturing processes. You will lead the team to implement modern digital technologies, manage MES and ERP projects, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and cost across the operation.

The role requires extensive experience in leading digitalization initiatives in manufacturing, strong communication, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through technology

Formación

• 8 years minimum experience in digitalization and project management.
• 5 years of supervising experience.
• Leadership in digitalization projects within manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and mentor the Design, Automation, Digitalization and implementation of process improvements.
• Lead the Engineering team to implement digital technology integration with physical systems.
• Oversee MES and ERP implementations and ensure production systems are safe, stable and cost-effective.
• Mentor the team in automation and digitalization, reviewing designs and purchases.
• Drive productivity projects and maintain KPI improvements across operations.
• Train personnel in digital tools and ensure proper deployment.
