Job Title: Associate, Labor and Employee Relations

Job Description:

We need an attorney with knowledge in labor law, in charge of analyzing and monitoring compliance with legal regulations within the company, from the follow-up and accompaniment of employees on issues related to labor law, in order to ensure the proper execution of the process. Experience in the management of disciplinary actions and dismissals is essential. The candidate should have knowledge and handling of people management, along with expertise in legal writing procedures.

Additional Requirements:

1. Execute the activities of the labor relations process, through the monitoring and control of requests, to ensure compliance with the company's regulations.
2. Monitor requests related to administrative and/or judicial requirements within the terms granted for their development, to achieve traceability and compliance with the processes.
3. Perform contract terminations with or without just cause, to ensure the proper termination of the employment relationship of collaborators with the company.
4. Advise different areas on issues related to labor law, considering the guidelines of the disciplinary processes unit, to ensure knowledge of the obligations and rights of employees.
5. Investigate events of non-compliance with legal regulations by collaborators, to manage the applicable disciplinary process.
6. Analyze the information recorded from the management of the area's cases, to deliver reports identifying opportunities for improvement of the process.

MAIN RESULTS:

1. Notify the immediate boss when inconsistencies are generated within the evidence and/or the process, to ensure the proper implementation of current regulations.

Indispensable Requirements:

1. Degree in Law
2. Experience in management of disciplinary actions and dismissals.
3. Experience in the private sector
4. Knowledge in conciliations and judicial processes
5. Knowledge in handling the elaboration of legal documents to courts.
