The Associate Specialist works within a designated functional area in Human Resources as a key contact for process owners across the United States and Canada to ensure that each step in an associate’s career path with Bosch is accurately reflected in our HR information platform.

This role primarily involves working with platform documents to ensure correct processes and providing remote support to customers from the USA and Canada.

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in HR general processes, mainly personnel administration
• Advanced conversational English language skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects
• Strong communication skills via phone, email, and in person
