Ingredion, Guadalajara-based, is seeking an Associate Global Quality Documentation professional. You will handle customer quality requests for Ingredion’s global product lines, complete specifications, and coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing sites to ensure timely responses.

You will work with cross-functional teams worldwide, maintain documentation accuracy, and support audits while collaborating with internal and external customers to align with the Ingredion documentation process.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, food science or microbiology.
• 1–3 years in food manufacturing industry.
• Experience in supporting customers with technical documentation and remote auditing.
• Data management skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage standard and non-standard customer documentation requests within defined timelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline documentation processes.
• Maintain and update product ingredients, origin and compliance documentation.
• Support internal quality audits and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Train users of the Document portal and ensure accurate site documentation.

The Associate Global Quality Documentation is responsible for is responsible for Customer quality request handling in a timely manner for the products from the Ingredion's manufacturing sites all over the globe. This includes specifications completion, supplier and manufacturing site assessments and responses to the basic queries.

What you will do:

• Managing the standard and non-standard cases to give a response to customers within the standard times defined.
• Proactively work with Stakeholders to remove barriers that negatively impact the documentation and the customer request processes.
• Working with external and internal customers to continuously improve the documentation process.
• Work with other Ingredion functions or regions, to ensure that cases are prioritized appropriately and responded to "hot cases".
• Collaborating with internal and external customers to ensure their operations align with the Ingredion customer request process.
• Developing a deep understanding of our products and manufacturing sites
• Working as part of a team to ensure the customer documentation response process functions efficiently.
• Train to the users of the Document portal about how to use as needed.
• Maintain the customer's web page updated.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects when being requested.
• Support to internal quality audits if needed.
• Create/arrange documentation for the approval of manufacturing site.

Non-Extranet Documentation

• Create/arrange/maintain documentation for product Ingredients, Origin, Compliance declarations to customer specific requirements.
• Complete, review updated customer assurance statements on specification reviews.
• Flagging the hot topic/emerging issues and customer requests to the team lead for timely action.

Ingredion plants data management

• Track site certification information on the company extranet and ensure this is current.
• Collection/storage, data maintenance of PFD, SDS, PDS for all manufacturing locations globally for the products sold in EMEA.
• Proactive intimation of availability of documents for Ingredion manufacturing sites globally that are needed to approve the relevant manufacturing site and products at customer ends.

Customer relationship management

• Develop and maintain good working relationship with customers to facilitate negotiation and discussions on std and NON-std documents.
• To provide the correct information to the customers about the product Safety, Quality and Regulatory.

What will you bring:

• Degree: Bachelor's in chemistry, food science and technology or microbiology
• Work experience: 1-3 years in food manufacturing industry
• Experience in supporting customers with technical documentation, remote auditing.
• Data management skills
• English fluency, both written and spoken
