About the Role

We are looking for a visionary creative leader with deep experience in developing ad concepts for digital paid media formats on Meta, TikTok, and other channels. This person will balance pixel‑level design feedback with a strategic understanding of performance frameworks, creative testing, and world‑building assets. The role is fully remote, operates in the EST time zone, and all business is conducted 100 % in English.

Responsibilities
  • Creative Strategy: Lead high‑tempo creative strategy and direction for full‑funnel ad programs—typically Meta and TikTok, but also YouTube, Amazon, and display platforms. Translate client marketing strategies and performance data into clear, compelling ad concepts using metrics such as thumb‑stop rate, hold rate, and click‑through rate.
  • Short‑Form Video Expert: Deliver expert advice, concepts, directions, and briefs to sell products and services through short‑form video.
  • Data Analysis: Translate client performance data into actionable creative iterations, improving metrics over time.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration: Brief designers and editors on the creation of static ads, animations, mobile‑first videos, and storyboards for short‑form content.
  • Executive Presentation: Present creative work to stakeholders and clients with clarity, confidence, and strategic rationale.
  • Performance Iteration: Monitor performance data in collaboration with the marketing team to inform creative iterations and improve results over time.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of creative strategy work on performance ad programs, specifically focused on short‑form video and statics.
  • Digital portfolio showcasing performance ad work that includes short‑form video, motion, and static ads.
  • Evidence of how your work impacted metrics such as hold rate or click‑through rate.
  • Strong creative diversity that includes both highly designed and low‑fidelity creative.
  • Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components, handoff) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to present to clients.
  • Experience with AI tools—ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, Icon, Runway, or similar—to increase speed and volume.
  • Ability to turn vague goals into testable concepts, track results, and deliver the next iteration without hand‑holding.
  • Hands‑on design and editing ability—strategy‑only roles are not a fit.
  • Meta performance creative ad experience is required. No portfolio or performance context, or a strategy‑only profile, is a disqualifier.
