NSS in Mexico City is seeking an Associate Consultant to join our Customer Success team. You’ll build and deploy web-based applications on our low-code platform to support client strategies and business outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven process improvement, BPM solutions, design thinking, and collaboration with customers. Travel up to 20% is expected; bilingual English is required; strong communication and technical curiosity are essential.

Formación

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalent background.
• Bilingual or business proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel; 20% to support customer engagement.
• Experience with process improvement disciplines is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deploy web-based applications on our platform.
• Implement BPM solutions and scale across the enterprise.
• Analyze a client’s business strategy and design technical solutions.
• Assist with prototypes and process modeling.
