Job Description

You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and controlling warehousing to ensure efficient inventory and warehouse management and cost-effective delivery of shipment volume objectives. You will also oversee the plant’s Dispensary operations for raw & packaging materials to provide consistent quality ingredients to production efficiently and cost-effectively.

How You Will Contribute

• Be accountable for the Warehouse Operations Plan, manage receipt, issue, disposal of raw/packaging materials, and finished goods inventories according to company policies. Ensure inventory accuracy and operational requirements are met, maintaining proper handling equipment and facilities for safe and efficient operations. Achieve maintenance goals to minimize losses and downtime.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization, conduct capacity reviews, and ensure storage standards. Manage inventory replenishment and control stock levels to prevent overstocking and ensure product freshness. Develop and implement budgets, monitor costs, and control wastage to achieve productivity savings.
• Ensure compliance with governance and quality standards, including audits and certifications. Promote safety and quality ownership among teams.
• Manage talent, capabilities, and engagement within the team. Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities, ensure compliance, and achieve company objectives.

What You Will Bring

• Experience in warehouse and production operations, inventory management, and handling material movement equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP).
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. Ability to lead teams, develop goals, and manage individual development plans.

Additional Role Information

• Knowledge of loading, unloading, storage, inventory cycles, validation, safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Educational background in Industrial Engineering or related fields, or administrative degrees.
• Recién egresados or 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts in Lerma, Estado de México, with no relocation support.
