Una empresa multinacional de alimentos busca un Asistente Administrativo para apoyar en la gestión de presupuestos, atención a clientes y logística de eventos. Ideal para recién egresados o con experiencia mínima, este rol ofrece oportunidades de crecimiento en un entorno dinámico. Se valoran habilidades en comunicación y trabajo en equipo, así como un enfoque proactivo ante los desafíos diarios en un ambiente ágil.

Formación

  • Recién egresados o con 1 a 2 años de experiencia.
  • Normativa en archiving y filing.
  • Capacidad de anticipar necesidades.

Responsabilidades

  • Soporte administrativo y gestión de presupuestos.
  • Atención de llamadas y correos electrónicos.
  • Coordinación de logística para eventos y reuniones.

You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships withthose you support
  • Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
  • Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
  • Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
  • Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
  • Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required
